Internship in Human Resource & Business Admin (Hybrid)
Job Description
- Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
- Handle general HR administrative tasks and ad-hoc assignments
- Assist in asset & office management related matters
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Willingness to learn and a positive working attitude
